At TG HR Solutions we provide the most up to date Human Resources processes.  We specialize in Selection Systems, Performance Appraisals, Employee Development, and the validation of selection measures.  We have a unique system that involves the latest Human Resource trends and borrows from social sciences to make sure all information is correct and thorough.  Our organizational philosophy is to stay current by being involved with organizations like the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP).  We always put the needs of our clients first and provide catered HR systems that are crafted for the needs of their organizations.

We can provide the latest HR trends and make sure each company has the proper HR systems in place for the size of their organization.  We will also validate each measure we create so the organization knows for sure that they are using the best tools to make hiring decisions.  We will also aid in the development of employees by implementing feedback loops and performance appraisal systems so that employees know what is expected of them, and how they are doing at each step of their employment.  We also offer a training program assessment that will make sure the training programs within an organization are tied to the job.  We do this by conducting a job analysis for each job in question.  After the job analysis is completed we can base all actions off this analysis and make sure all aspects are tied to performance and the organizational goals.
